Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 August 2026

These Terms apply to your use of foxpigeon.com and to purchases made through the website. The seller is FOX&PIGEON LTD., a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14825228, with registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. You can contact us at contact@foxpigeon.com.

Our products

FOX&PIGEON creates one-of-a-kind handmade textile botanical décor and hand-painted decorative pieces. Product photographs and descriptions are intended to show each item as accurately as possible; however, screen settings and the handmade nature of the work can result in minor variations in colour, texture or finish. Each product is available only while shown as in stock. Once sold, a one-of-a-kind item may not be available again.

Orders, prices and payment

By placing an order, you offer to buy the selected item. We will send an order acknowledgement by email; acceptance occurs when we confirm that the order has been accepted or dispatched. Prices, delivery charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you place your order. We may correct an obvious pricing or availability error; if this affects your order, we will contact you and offer a refund if we cannot fulfil it.

Delivery

We deliver only to destinations and by methods made available at checkout. Delivery charges and available options are shown before you place your order. We normally dispatch orders within 3–5 working days. Delivery transit times are estimates and, where relevant, are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If there is a material delay or we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Cancelling, returns and faulty goods

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation and return rights. Where a legal right to cancel applies, the cancellation period is generally 14 days from the day after you receive the goods. To cancel, email us at contact@foxpigeon.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Your cancellation notice takes effect when received; you do not need to wait for return instructions before giving notice.

Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will provide the return instructions and physical return address in writing. Please do not send an item before receiving those instructions. Unless the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning them. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the ordinary cancellation right where the law permits. If you would like to discuss a custom or personalised commission, contact us at contact@foxpigeon.com before purchase; any applicable cancellation-right exception will be identified in writing before the order is accepted.
